The Pro Industrial Pie Press is made with the commercial baker in mind. We have responded to our customer comments and made a heavy duty/industrial model of our Standard Pie Press. It combines the deep dish and over-sized models into one machine with extra improvements.
The Pro. Industrial Pie Press:
- perfectly forms dough into your pans
- designed for heavy duty use (100+ pies per week)
- Includes one bottom crust die set and one top crust die set OR one pocket pie die set made of durable ABS Material (washable, dishwasher safe up to 80° C / 176° F )
- Optional : Beaded Edge Design for Single Crust Pies
- Bottom Crust Pans : up to 11" Diameter, 1.75" Depth maximum
- Top Crusts : up to 12" Diameter
- Default crust thickness for edges/bottom/rim/lid is 1/8th, please contact if you would like this customized to your specifications.

- heavier/wider stainless steel rods running through machine
- handle/leaver extends further beyond base of machine making it easier to close.
- has longer stainless steel screws
- is wider and taller than our Standard Press
