Our Birds Hill pie presses are handcrafted by our woodworkers and are not mass produced.  Please have patience as we work on your order. Current lead time is approx.12 weeks for presses and accessories. Foil pans normally ship within 7-10 business days.

Sample pans should be labelled clearly with your name and phone number and packaged in a sturdy box to prevent crushing. For disposable pans, please include TWO of each size. Metal pans will be returned with your press purchase. For Canada Customs put value on declaration at $2 or less.

If you are sending us items for repair or return, please contact us FIRST for a Return Authorization number and/or instructions.  Items without the RA number might not be accepted.  (This is due to broker, duty and taxes charged to us by Canada Customs on improperly prepared shipping documents). Customs charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
