New Empanada Design!

   We have had requests over the years for a different design on the empanada die so that customer's who make numerous fillings could tell them apart.  Rob has designed and tested a scroll design which gives the empanada a more traditional rolled edge look.  Customers who  have already purchased this design have given us very positive feed back from themselves and their customers.   This item can be found on our Pocket Pie Machine page and is currently available in the 6.5" and 7" designs under "additional designs"

End of Summer - beginning of the Fall Baking Season!

We are off to a brisk start to our busy fall season.  If you are planning on making lots of pies and tarts during the fall season please give yourself enough time to order our products.  Our current lead times as of today are 2 weeks for Tart and Small Pie Presses and 3 weeks for Pie Machines.  This lead time usually increases the closer we get to the middle of October and lasts until the end of November.  You may be wondering why so many of our aluminum foil pans are out of stock.  This is due to a...

New Item! Poly Wrap Sheets

A few years ago a customer of ours from Alberta highly recommended that we carry poly deli wrap sheets.  She said that these sheets work far better than plastic wrap with our pie forming equipment.  We love receiving advice and tips from our customers and I was finally able to test these sheets and have to agree with her that they work wonderfully with our pie forming equipment.  We are now carrying the  8" x 10 3/4" sheets which will be suitable for pies and handheld pies/empanadas 8" or smaller.  We are currently sourcing different sizes of these sheets for...

Tart Shell Machine - New Item!
