All About Pies! — poly separator sheets

One of our long time customers has been using our Professional Pie Machine for baking for Farmers Markets in Alberta Canada.  It is from Gloria that I learnt about Quick Sheets or Poly Deli Sheets (the ones we carry) for use with our machines.  They are superior to plastic wrap as they do not rip easily and are not "sticky".  Watch her video to see how she forms her pies and lids. A few years ago a customer of ours from Alberta highly recommended that we carry poly deli wrap sheets.  She said that these sheets work far better than plastic wrap with our pie forming equipment.  We love receiving advice and tips from our customers and I was finally able to test these sheets and have to agree with her that they work wonderfully with our pie forming equipment.  We are now carrying the  8" x 10 3/4" sheets which will be suitable for pies and handheld pies/empanadas 8" or smaller.  We are currently sourcing different sizes of these sheets for...
