A few years ago a customer of ours from Alberta highly recommended that we carry poly deli wrap sheets. She said that these sheets work far better than plastic wrap with our pie forming equipment. We love receiving advice and tips from our customers and I was finally able to test these sheets and have to agree with her that they work wonderfully with our pie forming equipment.
