Pies come in all shapes and sizes.  Some customers make traditional looking pies that are round and have fluted edges.  Others bake their pies in square pans or make pan-less pies called "hand pies".  Increasingly we receive requests for new crimper designs and the last couple of years people want their pies personalized with their logo or name stamped into the crust or in a raised design.  With long lead times the last few years there has not been much extra time to work on innovative designs or products.  We have purchased new equipment and hired more workers and will...
