Pie Machine in Action

One of our long time customers has been using our Professional Pie Machine for baking for Farmers Markets in Alberta Canada.  It is from Gloria that I learnt about Quick Sheets or Poly Deli Sheets (the ones we carry) for use with our machines.  They are superior to plastic wrap as they do not rip easily and are not "sticky".  Watch her video to see how she forms her pies and lids.
