| makes 1 lb |
| 1 lb. ground pork |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon sage |
| 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder |
| 1/4 nutmeg |
|
| 1/4 teaspoon thyme |
|
| 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper - optional |
|
| Mix all together. Form into
patties. Fry until done. |
