  Graham Wafer Crumb Crust for Tart Press & Pie Machine

 

 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar, optional
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp. flour unbaked & baked tart shell
2 cups graham wafer crumbs ( should be a mixture of course & fine crumbs
 
Mix melted butter, sugar (if using) graham crumbs and egg together.
Mix well.  Stir in 2 tablespoons flour. Mixture should be like cookie dough,
not too wet. Add additional tablespoon or 2 or flour if required.
Shape into tart or pie pans using the  Birds Hill Tart Press or Pie Machine. 
May be pre-baked or fill with your favourite filling and bake. correct consistency
