*Tip: to roll out gluten free pastry
easily, use a
Birds Hill Enterprises Pie Machine .
Roll or press pastry into a 9 or 10 pie
plate. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. rice flour. Mix apples, sugar,
cinnamon and corn starch together. Spread over bottom crust and
rice flour. Roll out top crust and carefully place over apples.
Crimp edges with a fork dipped in rice flour. Using the fork,
gently pierce top crust around top and edges. Bake at 400 for
10min. reduce heat to 350 for 20 - 30 minutes. Cool.
